IN REVERSE

I can recall another book wherein the universe is 'going backward". In some Brian Aldiss novel, the universe was going backward because, as the book hinted at, the universe was no longer expanding. It was starting to collapse. and all events begin to reverse.

It has the same improbable ideas of the Philip K. Dick book, where someone starts thinking "I'm living backward."  How would you know?

Nice idea, but  I never did finish the book, and cannot recall the name of it. As with a number of Aldiss books, he focuses on the structure of the piece, and just types.
